I puchased 'x', they sent me 'y'. I complained, but I never received the product I purchased, and they didn't refund me. Enough said.

“I ordered an item in stock”

I ordered an item in stock.
15 days my order stayed at "in process" status, then turned to "canceled" status.
I didn't receive any explanation, any message, even when I asked them after 11 days "in process" about the reason why.

Really bad service. A waste of time.
