I'm so sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with our return policy and delivery windows! Our return policy is that items under $199.99 are returnable for free returns for Gilt credit, items over this price are certainly returnable for a credit card refund. Most orders ship within 2 business days but any extended delivery windows are shown on the sales pages.
