Products are true as description, prices are a little high to me but when you find a coupon and combine it with their sales, it's shopping heaven.
I've ordered from them multiple times and only had one issue (one of my items didn't arrive) but when I called customer service everything was sorted out quickly and easily.

I bought a dress from them thinking that even if it was meh, I was still saving money. It didn't come as the picture (but I somewhat expected that). However, the dress didn't fit AT ALL. They said if I returned it that they'd fix it and send it back and they NEVER DID. So not only do I not have a dress that I can try and resell but they won't return my money either. The seller completely stopped replying to my messages and customer service is a joke. They say they'll get it done and just keep sending me in circles. I give up.
WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
