I very seldom write a bad review, but I believe this company has turned into a con. The last bag I sent in they accepted just a few items. Everything in that bag was trendy and in great condition - I know there was even a 3 piece Carter's set and some other things that had never been worn! Anyway, they paid cents for the few items taken, evidently "disposed" of the other things, and then sold the only outfit they accepted and paid a matter of cents for, for a total of $25! After all that, turns out if I'd had any money in my account, they would have charged me to send in that lovely bag and I'd have went backwards. I once loved ThredUp but it's went downhill. Save yourself some $$ and frustration and take your things to Once Upon a Child, or a local consignment, or even have a yard sale. You'll end up far better off.
