Hired a 2 hour house cleaning thru living social. Was very hard to make an appt. With the company, and they provided NO phone number to reach the company. When an appt. Was finally arranged, they never showed up. Set up another appt. Never showed up. Never called. Got deal bucks from living social to amend the situation. Made an appointment for duct cleaning next thru another company. Guess what? Never showed up! Not sure I want to waste another half a day waiting for the company to arrive. Also had a massage once where the therapist had one hand on me and one hand texting on her cell phone for 90% of the appt. Also had a different massage appt. Where I showed up at the location and found they had cancelled my appt. (Gee... thanks for telling me.). Made a new appt. Guess what! I showed up and there was no one there! Wow! Should I be surprised? No. Should I be angry? Yes. Done with living social. Waste of time and money, and all I have obtained thru them is anger. Guess my air ducts will stay dirty until I decide to hire a reputable company. I guess it will always be true... you get what you pay for.
