Paypal is very much aware of the scam this company is. If you paid with Paypal, file a complaint and get your money back. No hassle! I should have shared this info months ago. I got every penny of my money back through PayPal and I threw the crap JollyChic sent me in the trash where it belongs. It wasn't even worth giving away.

All the clothes we have the size guide, just check the size guide, like the length, bust, shoulder, waist, hip size and so on, that would be more correct. About the package, every product has its own plastic bag, then we will put into the box or big bags. We just want to keep all the items to be tidy. When the package transporting on the way, it was extrusion with all the packages, so it looks like wrinkled. Thank you for sharing your concern, we will be more careful in the future.
