What I ordered was not at all what I thought it was on the website. As well as I don't even believe I got what I ordered. As well as You guys will charge my account if I don't have the time to get on your website and hit skip, or make a purchase? I believe that is absolutely ridiculous!

Regarding the VIP membership, it is only one of two payment options (the other is Pay As You Go, our one-time purchase option) you select during checkout with your first order. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, here: http://www.adoreme.com/terms-conditions, customers are free to cancel their membership at any time by calling Client Services (8:30-8:30 M-F EST) and speaking with a representative. Also, credits resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th can be directly refunded up to 30 days past the date of the charge.
