I hope this won't be deleted. I heard they are deleting all the negative reviews.
Anyhow -I ordered 13 items and the amount was immediately deducted from my account. After 1 week I tried to contact them to check about the status of the order because it's already late and then just the live chat worked with me. Miya the girl I was talking too was too busy of course and it took her 15 mins for every sentence. I had to cancel my order because they can't assure me that I will receive my order before Christmas. I canceled because I was the country(UAE) to spend Christmas with my family. The funny thing is that I had the feeling that she wanted to cancel my order. As if I was doing her a big favor for canceling the order. It's wierd! I believe it's because I took this 30% off for purchasing the first order. That's why the delays and the ignoring... please be careful while dealing with this company. They don't care about their cu somers or their reviews. Let's see if I get a refund.
Note: I should have guessed it was a scam because it says it's cash on delivery for UAE but then later it said it won't proceed my 30% discount if I don't pay with my card. They are not transparent and even u won't find anywhere in the website where you can track your order... it's not a real business. Is just a big mess! Don't deal with them.
