Their billing system is not connected to inventory which is not connected to shipping. This is the 21st century. What kind of hobbled together joke is this for an online shopping experience. I could walk to a shoe store and get this item faster. Never again. Where were those ads showing on TV filmed, with happy Canadian employees looking at computer screens and processing orders. What a load of baloney. This operation deserves to be closed and the sooner the better.
