Difficulty in obtaining support and when I did finally reach someone they were in France which made it impossible to trouble shoot my issues. Such a waste of money. I tried requesting a refund and received no response.

I'm really sorry to hear about the troubles you've had. Please send me an email at veronica.gomez@kizoa.com so I can find a solution for you for the problems you've had as well as issue you a refund. It's true we are based in Paris, France which is our main office. So when you reach me here in our Paris office I'm able to work hand in hand with our engineering team which is handy in getting any problem resolved much faster.
