Ordered 17 items - a total deal for $100 with shipping. Then the calls came. Beginning at 7am they called me with a recording that I needed to contact them about my order. Well, they don't open until 9am. Waited two hours, made my call: Pair of pants out of stock - they will not split ship. I switched the pants and order was set. Next morning another 7AM phone call - knee pads out of stock. I can either hold up my whole order or get rid of the knee pads. Will not ship separately. Talked to a manager - defended the 7am phone calls and wouldn't budge on shipping the $3 knee pads separately (even though I offered to pay for the $2 shipping via USPS). Told me there were other items they didn't know were in stock so I may have more phone calls coming for out of stock items. No thank you - please cancel my order. Manager told me that some things from other manufacturers may have shipped so we have to see before we can issue a refund. Glad I used AMEX so I can file a claim.
