Ordered a dress from here the other month, it took a while to receive but finally came. Unlike other reviews, I actually found the sizing accurate. But it looked about 20% like the photo online and was not up to standard, after having a good laugh I put it in the bin and wrote a bad review on rosewholesale.com.
The review took ages to show on the website and about one month later I received an email in response to my bad review, offering a full refund and they asked me to send them photo's of the dress I received so that they can rectify the issue with their supplier.
They also asked me to adjust my review on this website, in which this is my adjusted review.
Overall while the dress was bad, they ended up coming through after I wrote a review and offered my money back, they are trying to fix the issue on their end, they have published my review on the page and have included actual images of the dress since my feedback. Which I feel will be helpful for others before purchasing. Essentially I feel they deserve a review change, because they are trying to rectify this issue.
