Why is it that if a customer provides photos of their cards, a screen shot of their paypal proving their account is linked, you still refuse to send out their order? You had already received payment and then 8 business days (5 days longer than the processing should have taken on the items, as per information on the site), you requested this information. I provided you said not suffficient and then CLOSED the customer service chat.
I reviewed and placed this concern on your site, only to see it is not showing. What an interesting way to do reviews, simply delete the ones you don't like. Keep a few tame ones etc but others making concern of the way the company does business, remove those ones.
Overall, they have good products, the customer service is CRAP. Do business ANYwhere else.

If you donnot remember the order number, please inform us your email address, phone number, transaction ID etc which can help us find your order number in our system, so we would be able to reach you, once the issue is confirmed, we would offer you a solution.
