Brilliant in-store service and advice. Plus they refunded the difference when my TV was knocked down by £50 on Black Friday. TV is great with a 6 year guarantee! Can't fault them on anything and I will definitely use again, and recommend others to do likewise. Very happy!

One word - don't. That is unless you want to be a walking advert for Lotus Leggings. Some bright spark in their marketing dept thought it would be a great idea if all leggings came with a hideous LARGE WHITE LOGO printed on the middle of the thigh front. It looks awful, like you have spilt food down yourself or been victim of a seagull poop attack. These logos are not shown in the website product photos. I sent mine back without opening the packets once I saw those logos, and still had to pay the restocking fee. Never again. Avoid, avoid avoid.

This company is not deserving of any stars. Rosegal takes your money, fails to deliver the goods, promises a refund via paypal and then does NOTHING. This is an example of the bs email I received from them re chasing my refund: "There need some time for they refund you, it is out of our control. Could you please wait 2 weeks for the refund appear on your account?"
What a joke - 2 weeks for paypal to refund? I talked to paypal, they refund instantly. DO NOT, repeat DO NOT order from these criminals. They will take your money and run. 6 weeks now since I ordered and have received no product from them, just a bunch of excuses. HORRIBLE people. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Streelife = great. Nextdoor = $#*!. Need I say more? Their insitsance on revealing your full name and address to be PUBLISHED to the world at large is frankly dangerous. What if I had a stalker, or had been attacked. I don't share those details with just anyone so why should Nextdoor think they have the right to? The only saving grace is that since I joined I have moved house - not going to bother telling Nextdoor this. Complete and utter shysters and my complaints to their admin fell on deaf ears. Do yourself a favour - sign up with KAHUTI instead.

If I could give this shoddy company 0 stars I would. My silk nighties arrived, far too big, they're baggy and gaping under the arms and look nothing like the pictures on their website. The model is clearly holding her arms by her sides to disguise this fact. They won't refund my money but only exchange the items and to do this, and I have to pay to return them to China, and then pay for them to ship me a replacement. AVOID THESE SHYSTERS!
