Placed an order for a replacement lid on my 3 in 1 cooker on 6/13/17. Credit card charged on 6/14/17. No lid received as of 6/30/17. Called the company and they said UPS delivered to the Post Ofiice vs my street address, interesting... Was told this lid was in stock and I should receive in 10 business days. As of today, still no lid. Called this company again today (7/14/17). Was put on hold for 1 hour. Today I was told the lid was on backorder, once again very interesting excuse... Was told more lids MIGHT be in a week from today and they would ship via 2 day shipping. I called my credit card company to request a refund. I ordered a new lid thru the real deal Cuisinart company at *******190. I told Cuisinart that this company is engaging in false representation of their company and engaging in fraudulent activity. I will be following up next week with the Connecticut Attorney General at *******318. I'll request a class action suite based upon the reviews of this site. I encourage the rest of you to do the same. Power in numbers gets people's attention. My goal is to get this company out of business.
