“BEWARE OF SAMMYDRESSES”

I received a email with my order number & my tracking number both are wrong. First how can they deduct the money from my account before my order was shipped. They can put a hold on the money but they should never deduct until they know it was shipped. How come there phone number is working all the time & their chat line has been you send your message & I am still waiting for a answer. Yes I called to have this SAMMY DRESS looked into. I want my money back. They can keep their cheap clothes. Laura, Pa

If you donnot remember the order number, please inform us your phone number, transaction ID, consign name etc which can help us find your order number in our system, so we would be able to reach you, once the issue is confirmed, we would offer you a solution.
Again, I am extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused you and hope that this will set things right.
