Despite being somewhat overpriced for secondhand goods, I usually enjoy shopping through ThredUP. However, customer service has gotten TERRIBLE in the last year. It took multiple emails and a callout on social media to get a response from a customer service rep, and I was not offered a solution to my complaint. This experienced combined with increased prices and decreased consignment payouts has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am not likely to purchase again from ThredUP in the future.
