A month after placing my order I still hadn't received my items - I was told to keep waiting. 2 months later I called again and they finally accepted that my order had likely been lost and offered to send me new sets. They gave me two promo codes and a store credit to cover shipping. However, the website can't combine promo codes so I can't use them. Now I have to call their help line again (the only way to receive customer support).
Note that every time you call you must wait on hold for 20+ minutes. They say they offer email and "live chat" support. But they do not reply to emails, and their live chat reps have no power and only refer you to their phone line.
I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I have wasted HOURS trying to get this one simple order and still haven't received a thing. Their product might be good but the time and effort to receive an order is not worth it at all. Stay the hell away.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your initial order. Our warehouse is located in New Jersey, and orders to Canada typically take up to 10 business days without factoring in time spent at customs (Canada's border is especially strict, and delays at customs might triple the delivery period, unfortunately). That is what our representatives were not able to assist you earlier.
