I've ordered from them multiple times, and have been pleased. I always get my orders quickly, and the sizing is about as standard as if you were shopping in Old Navy - depending on the item, sometimes I'm a large, sometimes an XS. The site itself is nice because customers post reviews and pictures of themselves in items, so you can see how clothes look on real people, which I think is brave because sometimes that negatively impacts my purchasing decision. In all, Old Navy is great, and I'll return in the future.
I check in on them every now and then for deals, but had to unsubscribe from their email list because I couldn't deal with the barrage of emails I was receiving. I found, for me personally, that the length of time for deals was too short - I felt like I was always being rushed to make a purchasing decision, so I'll come here in the future for when I'm window shopping.
I've ordered for them multiple times at different times of the year, and the product is high-quality and prices are great. Granted, you need to do a bit of homework (I read product reviews and compare pricing before buying), but if you find a great deal then you get more than you pay for. I've not had any problems with their shipping or customer service, and would buy from them again in the future.

I appreciate that you took the time to provide us with your feedback on SiteJabber. Thanks for letting us know your feelings about the amount of our emails. You are able to customize the amount you receive emails through your ideeli account. If you would prefer to still receive emails from us on a non-daily basis, you can go to your account and click on the tab all the way to the right called "Email & Password", and choose from receiving emails once a day or once a week. You can personalize your emails so you only receive information on the categories you want (Women's Clothing, Shoes, or Home).
All of our sales run different lengths and we've increased our cart timer from 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Due to the nature of our site being flash sales, we aren't able to allow a member to leave an item in the cart for longer than 20 minutes since that item will need to be made available to another member so that it can be purchased before a sale ends since all sales are timed.
