I've had great buying experiences with them. The clothes really are in great condition. Although, they listed girls' pants as boys (they have pink edging on them that wasn't visible in the picture) and I was not going to put them on my son. They did refund me right away and didn't require me to return in. So, I give them props for that.

The bag payout was a joke and a scam. I got very little after a 3 week wait. I'm glad I didn't send in a lot of stuff. It was more of a trial run for me. I was going to donate most of the stuff anyway. They give 10% of their selling price for items, so it is mostly $0.60-$0.70. I had a couple of items that were over $3, but they were brand new women's pants.

To add insult to injury, if you request payout to paypal, they charge YOU the paypal fee. What a horrible thing to do to your customers. I know that local stores usually give you more for getting store credit, but they don't take away from you for taking the money. I'm wondering if it is even legal for them to hold money they owe me hostage. If I don't buy more from them or pay a fee, I can't have my money.

I would never recommend sending anything to them. Since I can't recommend sending items to them, I won't recommend buying from them either. They have gotten the last $ from me.
