I ordered a dress from the site in early September. It is October and my daughter's homecoming was tonight and I still don't have the dress! I ordered the sane dress from another company and received it in three days. When I contacted ericdress, they would take multiple days to respond. When I explained that I wanted a refund, they stated I would only get half the refund! No dress, the event is over, dress still not shipped, but I am not owed an entire refund?! Worst company ever! Avoid them.
