Ebay is not even for 0*. The worst of the worst. I HAD EBAY ACCOUNT SINCE 2015 buying once a while and all the sudden they suspended my account when I contacted them told me because I had to many return. I Think that ebay has option to return and I barely shop ebay bc as a costumer service they are one of the worst. I had 2 or three items didn't even receive them and tracking showed in transit but time frame ended long time of course I would want my money back if there is no product. Maybe I had 4 or 5 item as not described and 3
not received in 6 years since I have account with them. And they still suspended my account. Ebay is THE WORST AND BARELY RECEIVE ITEM AS DESCRIBED AND NO ONE IS HELPING YOU. IF ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED THAN YOU SHOULD SUSPENDED SELLER ACCOUNT NOT THE BUYER. BUT THEY DONT SUSPENDED SELLER BECAUSE EBAY ALSO MAKES MONEY WHEN SELLER HAS A SALE, EBAY DOES NOT MAKE MONEY WHEN I OR ANY OF US PURCHASE THATS WHY IS BETTER SUSPENDED ME THAN SELLER EBAY DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY. EBAY IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST THING IS THE PLANET. GOD BLESS AMAZON AND THEIR COSTUMES SERVICE.

I had missing Iitems or I received item that I did not order. I reported the problem, when something is wrong. I PAY MONTHLY FEE SERVICE FEE TIP, HEAVY FEE, GAS FEE AND LEAST I CAN EXPECT IS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER COMPLETE AND GOOD PRODUCT
And top of that they charge us 30% more for products. Thats why they have policy not to give you store receipt so you don't see how they steal money from us. I expect good service after all these charges not whatever shopper touches first, rooted food. And when I report an issue instacat always reply back I have to many complain, I always email them with pictures with proof. Most of the times I see diferente shopper in the picture diferente person comes at my door. I post actual receipt from BJs and instacart receipt you all you who use instacart see how they steal from us. Don't purchase from them is a rip off thieves.
When I ask costumer support why I am being charged for service fee everytime I purchase she said that's for the shopper background hmm I though you do one time background checkwhw you hire them, not every single order. And I ask her if these shoppers are supervised because products they are bringing most of the times are garbage costumer support said yes they are supervised in that case how is possible supervisor let them bring that kind of grocery, and if they are supervised they won't be DIFERENTE PERSON IN THE PICTURE AND DIFERENTE PERSON AT THE DOOR. IT HAPPENED TO ME MANY TIMES NOT ONE TIME. AND MANY OTHER TIMES SHOPPER WAS SCREAMING TALKING ON THE PHONE FACE TIME. SHE WAS SO LOUD WHOLE BUILDING CAN HEAR. OTHER TIME I TOLD LADY SHE HAD BROUGHT ME WRONG ITEM SHE SAID. NO ENGLISH CALL. AND SHE RAN LIKE I WAS GONNA EAT HER. INSTACART IS A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible costumes service, if u wanna ask something for shipping they just goo offline and never will answer to your question please stay away from this store.

I was gonna order three handbags from tidestore, but this is my first time shopping online and i decide to read review before placing my order bc i have been sending them email never txt me back, now I'm confused some review are good some bad, and more makes me worried is the person Fuyun y from costumer service bc replays same exact comment on every single bad review, someone had any experience on handbags from this store can help me please!
