I mistakenly order 3 blankets. One being the correct order one the wrong size and the other the wrong price. I spoke with a representative name Dave he assured me he cancelled the 2 orders and refunded me then directed me to make a review about his assistance. Trying to do so because at the time I was pleased but the system would not let me. It stated I'm not authorized to be on the site. Directing me to another site which you have to pay. Anyway, it is now Sunday I am still waiting on a refund confirmation as well as my refund. It's funny how you can't make or read reviews on this website.
