I had an issue with my purchase. I filled out a form and Ebates got back to me immediately to help me rectify the situation. Even though at first it didn't turn out the way I wanted, they continued to work with me and eventually solved the issue to my satisfaction. They didn't have to do what they did, they went above and beyond. THANK YOU EBATES!
