Online businesses are an amazing way to save money without having to pay the full price you pay at your local shopping mall. They're easy to navigate through, and purchases can be made at the comfort of your own home with a click of a button.

To name a few popular sites here are some good examples:

-Ebay
-Kijiji

There are many more to list but let's focus on this on particular company known as "RoseWholeSale". When you first enter the front page, the site is full of bright attractive models and even customers themselves of the products they've bought. Scrolling through all the way to the bottom to the "About Us" section I come across this page:

Unfortunately I'm not given the headquarters and I have no idea where this company is located. I do know however that they're mainly stationed in China, and as everyone can assume mass production of sweatshops. Let's not get off topic here though.

When ordering a products it's as easy as 1, 2, 3. Simply click any item you want anywhere on the web site, select a color(If available), size(if there are any different sizes...), and add to bag. Once you hit add to bad, it will give you a couple options for payment method. If there's a promotion you may type that in for a discount for whatever the site is having, select PayPal or Proceed to Checkout and go from there.

When creating an account and becoming a "loyal customer", you are rewarded with R points. What are R points? Well to sum it up because the web site is too detailed I'll do it for you:

50R = $1
Logging in everyday = 10R
1st Day = 1R
2nd Day = 2R
3rd Day = 4R
4th Day = 6R
5th Day = 8R
6th Day = 10R

And the chain will continue at 10R each day until you stop logging in, it'll reset. So pretty much log in everyday and you'll get your 10R and continue on with your day.

Navigating to customer service is truly hidden and it feels like they don't want to help you, which is funny because I'll be getting into that right now.

The only way to access customer service is literally click "My Account" then selecting "My Ticket" or navigating elsewhere on the web site.

Here's a REAL scenario of one of my items that I was having issues with:

Me: "I still didn't receive my refund! Where is it? You said you would give me a full refund on my purchase I never got my item! I've waited 7 days and still no refund!"

Rep: Dear Kyla,

Thanks so much for your kind patience and sorry for any troubles that this may cause you.

I have arranged one refund for you but was rejected by my manager.

Because we need proof to confirm the issue with DHL.

Could you kindly contact DHL to offer us the application number?

Then we can check with the carrier together better.

We will refund you soon once confirmation.

Thanks again for your kind understanding and hope to hear from you soon.

Me: "Just take your free money. DHL doesn't care where my package went and I never got an application number from them. It's okay just close this file. I will buy again from you guys in the future. Instead of a refund I'd like the rose points back. I'd really appreciate it."

Alright as you can see I was really angry and I probably could've been a lot nicer about it, but I was seriously fed up with not receiving my package. To make things worse, most of their reps speak horrible English and as you can see here, they completely ignore my comment about just taking my money. They made excuses instead of contacting the company they shipped my items too and didn't want to give me a refund but instead offered me R points. Be warned people, once they have your money, they will do whatever it takes to NOT GIVE IT BACK!

Another Scenario:

Moving on, aside from their "great customer service", most of the time, they do reply within 72 hours and they are not reliable if you do not purchase a tracking number. That's the main issue here on this web site.

Next, I will talk about purchased and receiving your items. There's no doubt that they stand by their word when it comes to "Professional Packaging". All my items came in a tightly wrapped bag. At least it wasn't tampered with. And so far all of my packages have only come from DHL even though they do offer other shipping companies.

When receiving your product, they do warn you only SOMETIMES that the product may not look exactly as advertised including shape, color, size, ect. You are warned so don't complain to them, however you can attempt to send it back, no guarantees though. The quality of a couple of my orders was VERY cheaply made and sometimes didn't even LOOK LIKE THE PRODUCT or even MISSING DETAILS! Some products that I did buy looked like the product but where too lazy to make the minor details and it just didn't match the picture. Even the human eye can see the quality and material difference. For instance I bought a black hooted jacket that came with a belt. The belt was literally a thin piece of fabric and the bottom of the jacket felt like two different types of materiel were flat ironed together because they were running out of material. On top of that, the hood didn't even have the design, I get that it was cheap and I was expecting it to be cheap but at least make the design accurate so that I'll hate it less. I feel like I was wearing a one layer jacket of material. (Haha!) On the bright side, there has been some amazing products, like my winter jacket! I paid $36 for it and it looks like the picture, quality probably different but it feels heavy and the belt is surprisingly descent quality. The more you pay, the better the product quality. That's how I've seen it. I have yet to buy shoes from this place, and I'm scared to know. Buying clothes though, can be a hit or miss on this site, but you can't go wrong when your on a budget and these clothes really hit the spot on price!

The last thing I'd like to review is their dresses! Rosewholesale, you never go wrong on the dresses and I don't know why. I have purchased only one dress for $36 and the quality is MORE than I expected. Like I said, it's really a hit or miss, and this dress was a "one size". This dress looked exactly like the picture and possibly the same quality.

I have purchased lots of products here and I will continue to shop here again and again because I simply don't shop locally anymore because of these competitive prices. If you're a young woman like myself who's shopping on a budget or looking for gifts for someone,

I highly recommend these tips before shopping at RoseWholeSale.

-ALWAYS BUY A TRACKING NUMBER! If you don't buy one it won't pass the boarder customs and you'll never receive your package and RoseWholeSale won't do anything about it. I too would love to save $2.00 on my package but it's sadly not worth it because you will never receive your order without a tracking number which is so stupid if you ask me...)

-Consider buying expedited shipping, it is way more expensive but my orders seem to be higher quality and turn out better then choosing the flat rate shipping.

-Check the size first before even bothering to see if you want to buy it. Why buy something you can't fit? Although the "one size" option is typically for petite to smaller women, it's your dime to take a risk

-Check the size converter/sizing chart before deciding if the garment will actually fit you. (Convert EVERYTHING and don't be lazy...)

-Review tab is on EVERY ORDER, see what others have though about it and click "read all reviews" the one's in the front are always the "good" ones so you want to thoroughly see the total reviews before making a purchase.

-If you've shopped online before, chances are, this place might have something even better for a competitive price, just because you're signed up doesn't mean you have to only shop here, explore other sites and you might find one better than this one.

Conclusion:

If you're looking for fashion on a budget with hit or miss quality product, you really can't go wrong here, RoseWholeSale has got you covered, and customer service isn't even that bad. Also if you're looking for fappable content, most the models in the "Women's Intimates" are either photo shopped or had a lot of plastic surgery. I'm convinced they hired actual porn stars to model their products, but who knows, that's just me. Stay classy girls and guys, stay classy.
