Horrible customer service, pretentious, judgemental, some of the worst I have experienced from a large company. I tried to contact repeatedly to resolve, no response. I will never buy again.
Tip for consumers:
look for another company to buy discounted products and services, check reviews of company before buying. Slickdeals and retailmenot are pretty reliable
