Not only did they not deliver our Mother's Day gift, they sent an email saying it WAS delivered, but 1-2 days late. No call about it being late or anything. It was NOT delivered, so they were lying about it. Then when I called, they said maybe it's because of the volume on Mother's Day. I said maybe they shouldn't keep accepting orders if the volume is too high for them to keep up with. Then he tells me the replacement can be there on May 17th. This is 9 days after Mother's Day. I told him to just refund my money. This company is horrible. Out mother has been struggling and we had to be out of town on Mother's Day, so we felt bad about that. Thanks a lot Shari for not delivering.
