I've been ordering from Zappos.com for a few years now. Whenever I have an issue, they bend over backwards to take care of it. Thanks, Zappos, you're the best!
Just like another reviewer, I too booked a hotel through hotwire.com. But they switched the dates on me, my email confirmation had dates that I did NOT select. After 2 hours on the phone attempting to get this straightened out, I got nowhere. I was hung up on twice, the last time i was put on a silent hold for over 30 minutes. Nothing was resolved.
