This process seems great once you can find the right buttons to print the return slip. But there was no place to note multiple items being retuned, so they just weren't processed. After contacting customer service and wasting over a half hour of my time. They instructed me to contact them again in 72 hours. Not a fan, will be dropping my subscription after I use the store credit since they will not give me back the money. Very frustrated. Stay AWAY!
