My boyfriend tried to surprise me while he was deployed in Iraq. They cancelled his order due to their Facebook verification process which is $#*!ed because I can change my name to someone else's real quick! I contacted them and they said they would notify the Billings Department and just to reorder. Seemed to be nice and normal right? Well he ordered again and it once again got cancelled. I contacted them again - forwarding the email traffic of the first time they cancelled the order - and they preceded to tell me everything they already told me with no interest to resolve my issue! When I asked for a phone number to talk to an actual person to resolve the issue there was no response. My boyfriend wasn't too happy either., he was trying to do something sweet for me and they screwed it up not once but twice without even trying to fix what happened.
