I have bought quite a few items at Banggood, the shipping was moderate to fast and the quality of the products was good. I must admit that I had one problem with a package that took very long to get delivered (from banggood.co.uk). I got quick refund, and a day later (no kidding) I received my solar keychain light. I asked BG if I could 'refund the refund', obviously that was no problem:-)
Overall pro's:
-Good customer service
-Great packaging
-Fast shipping
-Big product range
Con:
-Description of powerbank capacity and lumen capability of torches is not accurate
