Ordered from Missguided only because it was recommended to me by a friend. I completely regret this decision. I am extremely upset about this 'Sky Net' company who is making me pay duty and a holding fee!?

If you're Canadian do not order from Missguided... I will not be returning.

Also, I spoke with customer service regarding the authenticity of this Sky Net company. They spoke to me as if I was a friend not a customer. Terrible.

Their clothes are great quality and sizes are realistic; however, they sold me several items that they did not have in stock and charged me anyways. I had to chase them down to get an answer. I e-mailed several times and did not get a response. I finally called but I waited on the line for 30 mins. Once I spoke to someone at customer service they explained what happened and had my order shipped. It got here in just a few days.

Additionally, if you're from Canada be prepared to pay hefty taxes (on top of the American tax they charge) when the delivery guy comes to the door!

All in all, good quality but clothes are overpriced. Customer service is OK.

I have ordered from Tobi several times, each time I have been slighty disappointed. This time around I ordered 4 things, each of which where not true to size. I am usually a small (26 waist, 32c bust) however everything is ALWAYS too big. When i go down to an XS it fits like a crop top, even if its not meant to be. My second complaint is that I ordered a dress and a shirt that were advertised as 'cream'. However, when i got them they were YELLOW. I understand that cream is yellow-ish, but the image on the site seemed a lot more white. And this is more yellow than any cream I have ever seen before. It's safe to say that this was my last ever purchase from Tobi.

Thirdly I just want to add that this is not worth the price. Yes, there are always promotions + free shipping but the products are still not worth it. Very cheap and never true to size
