Easy to find things, but a little disappointed you have no Peach (w/out Hibiscus) Looking for a good peach tea that is pure peach (maybe almond and clove) Excited to find chocolate tea! Easy to check out
Shipping is astronomical! If I hadn't had a PayPal voucher to help me pay for part of this order, I may have canceled. I look forward to receiving the clothes and recommending your company to my friends who I know will admire the colorful items.
I look at your emails, which I signed up to receive, and today I saw a blouse that I thought was really pretty. I like that you assure me my email will not be sold or rented to other vendors/companies. As long as I feel I can trust you, I'll continue to be a patron. Your prices are good, but the shipping costs often kills the deal when I want to order from you.
Sometimes I see ads for Annie Cloth products (especially clothes) but when I go to find the item, I have to page through hours of products and may get lucky to find it, or may not. It's time consuming and frustrating. I wish they had a better search engine. And the shipping is outrageous. I'm purchasing about $35 and will pay $27 in shipping - effectively doubling the prices/costs.
My granddaughter liked a particular item and I'm hoping it will get here in time for Christmas.

The opportunities to use coupons or discounts such as Luck15 are not accurate nor easy to understand while we're shopping. I feel penalized for having bought a few pre-sale items because the discount coupon I was "awarded" at the beginning of my shopping experience was not allowed. It's confusing and it makes me feel like you're doing everything you can to get out of offering a legitimate discount. My question is why bother offering if you're not going to let us use it. And on three different places on my checkout screen it gave three different amounts that if I would just spend up to that amount I would get free shipping. The first one was if I bought $100 or over. My final cost at that point was $105 but they did not offer free shipping. In one place it said I had to spend approximately $21 more in another place on the same page it said I had to spend over $30 more. I think I'll pretty much ignore your discounts and offers since they don't seem genuine.
I've been a customer of iYogi's for 4-5 years, both with my PC and my MacBook Pro. They're available 24/7. Their techs seem to know their stuff and have pulled my bacon out of the fire numerous times. I've recommended them to several friends.
