Cheapo sent an email stating that there is a change in my flight but failed to indicate what the change is. I spoke to a customer service rep in India and she said the return flight was canceled and I needed to stay one extra day. I needed time to decide what to do. She probably confirmed the change on my behalf without authorization and I still don't know what change was made since Cheapo refuses to reply to my email inquiries. I am left without knowing what my itinerary is!

I ordered a bundle and it was one item short. Mercari refuses to issue a partial refund and requires that you pay to ship the items back! Dishonest, terrible customer "service." This company won't last - Ebay is trusted - this one is a big scam and so are its sellers! Buyer Beware!

Fraudulent ripoff. They have outdated info and dupe you into thinking you will get more than you do. They will charge your credit card monthly even though you just buy it as a one time search! They, of course, don't answer the phone and you wait on hold forever and no one answers. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Instead, report to attorneys to get a class action filed against this useless rip off.
