I ordered a vase and was charged early February due to arrive on or before 11 March. On 23 March I contacted J&M for an update and was told they would check and get back to me in 2 days but I never heard back from them. I've now written to cancel the order and ask for a full refund - wonder how long that will take. In the meantime they have had my money for 7 weeks. SO glad it was only a vase and not a big item like furniture. I won't be using them again. UPDATE They will only let me cancel the order if it hasn't yet been despatched (more than 2 weeks after date it was promised to arrive) and if I return it then they insist I pay the return cost.
