Remember when you made mixtapes for your sweetheart? - Well, it evolved into MixCDs but you get the idea. How do you gift a playlist of MP3? I thought this site is a great substitute for the "These songs remind me of your beautiful Brown Eyes" mix. Or, "My Get it Done Motivational Mix."

[NOT] News stories, obscure and light. - When I need a laugh or want some levity, I got to this site and read the captions for each article. If i find a story that sounds interesting I dive in. There are some crazy, stupid, fun, and exciting things happening in the world at every moment!

Easy to navigate! - My favorite part is the reviews about skin care and beauty products. The other make up review site that was listed was too hard to read. Make up sites should not have ugly user interfaces.

If you like to comparison shop online! - While not specifically a site for discount designer shopping, I use it to comparison shop. Last year I wanted black patent leather platform pumps with cork on the heels (ref. Christian Louboutin). Found great shoes that were in my price range.
