I have been really disappointed in my experience with Thredup. I have used them twice to sell designer items and would have been better donating them. I sent in a $400 barely used coach purse (I should have paid the return guarantee but had faith it would pass the criteria listed) and it didn't pass so they kept it and I recieved nothing. I have only had luck with them taking a few of my lower brand clothes (Nordstrom brand, etc) for $. 50 a shirt. I will just stick with good will and the tax break.
