“This has been the worst experience ever”

This has been the worst experience ever. I ordered things before and hadn't had a problem until now. I ordered two sheet sets at the beginning of January and I only received one.
When I dispute the claim they show that the package has arrived as that is what the tracking number shows. BUT IT WAS ONLY ONE SET OF SHEETS! They keep referring to the tracking number. I have pictures of the packing slip that shows "Refund" next to the Burgundy Sheets but that doesn't matter. The tracking shows the package arrived. How can one prove them wrong? I will NEVER purchase from Nomorerack again. Big loss for them since 90% of my shopping is done online.
