The customer service and professionalism of this website and the owner is horrific! I ordered a perscription med for my dog and 9 days went by and the item still had not shipped. I called, spoke to the owner and cancelled my order. I was assured the order was cancelled and 2 days later, my debit card was charged for the order! Don't use Pro Kennel!

Took ten days to ship! They nver shiped items untill I called to complain! Go elsewhere!
