The shipping was took age (almost one month) and everytime I called the costumer service they didn't know what was going on and what to say except that I should wait and be patient.

The first time I went there I was really impressed by the prices and how big it was but now I am getting disappointed because the membership fee is too expensive and the workers never smile and they just look at everybody to check if they hide something in their pocket or bag. Sometimes it's just insane and I feel too much pressure. I wanna buy there to save some money but sometimes I just don't wanna go to Costco anymore.

I bought a makeup remover (which is really great) and a triple protection BB Cream (which brightens my face) on this website for my first order and the shipping was fast and free but... the shipping is free only if you spend at least $70 on their website then I take one star off for that. I intend to re-purchase on this website to buy the same makeup remover but I will have to buy two bottles if I want to get the free shipping... a little bit annoying.
