SCAM! I cancelled my membership on Jan 9,2015 received my credit on Jan 11,2015 and was completely satisfied. What I didn't know was that in February they charged my card another $49.95 and did it again in March! Since the account was cancelled, so I thought, I figured I didn't have to check my bill that a closely, but think again. I called today and the customer service rep on the phone was so rude and kept talking over me. After I asked to speak to a supervisor and put on hold for a few minutes she came back on to tell me that no one was available to speak with me but she would issue my credit but was still trying to convince me to us my 2 credits of 49.95 to purchase an outfit!
