“Don't waste your money!”

Ordered a hoodie, boots and a winter hat first week of November. Boots and hoodie were delivered by end of the month. Boots would fit my cabbage patch doll and the hoodie was more like a thin shirt. No winter hat in package. Now February, still no hat. Good job its almost spring! Really don't understand how this company is allowed to operate.
