So, their products look great - and if you don't shop around online, the prices look good too. First - google anything on their site and you're likely to find it cheaper elsewhere. Second - even if the price is lowest, they may tack on a hefty shipping fee (Over $100 for a $200 item) Third - if you try to communicate with their customer service (at least if you have a problem or complaint) - you'll never hear back from them and finally - when you try to retrieve your order and click on the product you purchased, it takes you to a page of similar items - and good luck finding what you ordered. I buy a TON of products online... and this is one of the worst managed and non-functional websites out there. STAY AWAY. There's a lot better out there if you're looking for good quality at a decent price online! (and BTW, I never write reviews - that's how bad I think this site is!)
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT buy anything from this site unless you've priced the exact same item elsewhere and this is the best price WITH shipping - and make sure you want it - they don't offer refunds, only a comparable purchase of another item.
