I bought two prom dresses for my daughter and if she was 7ft tall she would fit them, when i asked for a refund by E-mail i was told they are custom made and therefore can not be returned, there is nothing on their website to tell you that they can not be returned unless faulty. Today I have received a bill from the carrier of another £78 for delivery, which was apparently FREE DELIVERY when i ordered them. Not happy about this at all and would never use them again. Still not received an email from TIDEBUY! DO NOT USE
