This was the worst experience I had with customer service. I bought a $2000 go cart and it didn't work from day one. I called many times to order parts and the parts were never shipped to me as well as the manager that I talked to in the customer service area was so rude and wouldn't do anything about it to help me. I am also very mad as he yelled over the phone and was not nice at all. I am so disappointed and can't believe a company would have that kind of customer service. I was able to call the company that manufactured it and they took good care of me. I think your manager should take some customer service lessons from him, I really feel that I got ripped off.

We are well aware of the issues you experienced and our records show that we have spoken with both you and your mechanic numerous times to resolve this issue. We also were the ones to facilitate the Manufacturer to take action and help you directly. The main issue you experienced was actually the mechanics shop you took the unit to not informing you of a backorder on parts. The manufacturer was able to recommend a local shop near you that they dealt with directly and they communicated with the mechanic directly the entire time. They informed the mechanic of the backorder and he never informed you. We work directly with this distributor on a daily basis and everything they did for you in this case was directly correlated with our communication to them. I apologize that you feel you did not receive the best over the phone customer service, but I assure you we are always here to help and in the end we did get your issues resolved. I hope you can move forward from this experience and enjoy the product we delivered to you.
