Sometimes, it's hit or miss.
We ordered holiday cards well before the holidays and they got "backordered" or something... they came after the holidays. Had to fight a little to get credit back, as who orders holiday cards to send them after the holidays?
The "store" management tools also leave something to be desired. They have such a powerful platform, yet its crippled by less than great web and mobile software.
Past that, the product selection and ability to print ANYTHING is completely unmatched in the industry and they are our go-to site for such things.
