The best customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a pair of boots last year and wore through the soles, and Frye has a policy to resole shoes for life. I got them back in a very quick manner, but two months later they fell apart again. They are my favorite boots, so I was heartbroken that this might be the end. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement pair the next day. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Ana and their whole customer service team. I am so pleased and so thankful! I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing if not cancelled. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings if service is no longer needed.
Resume and cover letters will still be available on site even if the account has already been cancelled, however the options to print, email and download will not be accessible if the account is totally expired.
As a courtesy, I refunded the $39.80. You'll see it on your bank statement within 2-3 business days. I have also sent you a confirmation email for your records.
