I made a reservation a few days ago with a certain hotel and I found out that they were renovating. I then called Price Line to cancel my order and had a lot of issues even trying to do that. I explained to them that all the new reviews talk about it and how bad the hotel stinks also. I spoke with 4 different people thus far ( customer relations let me go after a long hold time) and told me she would call me back in 20 min. After she checked with hotel for cancellation. I then called hotel b/c she never called back and they said they did not even have a reservation for me. They then told me they have contacted price line several times and told them they were over booked. Price line is still selling more rooms at this hotel as we speak! Now I have wasted over an hour trying to get a refund on a hotel that was never booked to begin with! The girl that works at the hotel said she has been getting cussed out all night b/c of price lines unprofessional ism and over booking. I just dont understand how they get away with this...
