Worst experience! They missed an item I paid extra for and refuse to send it to me, trying to push me to receive a refund rather than just making it and sending it.
Not the best experience since its for my wedding!
14 emails sent asking them just to make a waistband and send it to me. Instead, I repeatedly get asked if they can just refund my money and I go to a local tailor to make it.
I bought online as I have no time, not to be told too bad so sad on a missed item.
Pathetic service and even worse, patronizing... after every email refusing to offer thr service I paid for, they tell me to "have a nice day".
Disgusting customer service.
