Warning! Customer service sucks-- takes days to get back with you as the only contact info on their site is email. I found their number and called them and their live customer service is just as bad. Apparently they blame everything on their 'merchant' and they take NO responsibility for anything being sold to you. On top of that they allow the merchant to change return policies after you purchase! It's a shady company with immoral 'merchants'. Save yourself time and money and just buy elsewhere. It's worth a few dollars more to not have to deal with a company such as this! I actually ended up ah I got to file a dispute with my credit card (and won!)

However, we must point out that – contrary to the statement in your review – we do not allow our merchants to change their return policies for products after purchases have been made. We exert a great deal of effort into ensuring our customers have great shopping and Customer Support (if needed experiences), and it is unfortunate to hear we were unable to do that in this case.
